No. We try to settle every case without having to file a lawsuit. Once we file lawsuits, less than 1% of cases go to trial. We are trial lawyers and we do go to trial more than most law firms in Las Vegas, but that actually leads insurance companies to want to settle with our firm and pay us higher settlements than those law firms that they know will not go to trial.
