The maximum blood alcohol content (BAC) level considered “drunk” in Nevada is .02% for driver under 21 years old and .08% for drivers 21 or older. Nevada has an implied consent law. That means that if a driver refuses to submit to a chemical test, he/she will be subject to a fine and automatic license suspension.
